A 7-year-old French Bulldog needed urgent veterinary care during labour π
After a traumatic birth where she sadly lost all three of her puppies, Lola needed a safe place to rest and recover. She was taken in by National Animal Welfare Trust Bedfordshire where her journey back to health began.
Thanks to our grant funding for an animal ambulance, Lola could be safely transported to and from the vets throughout her recovery.
Your support helps ensure pets like Lola get the care they need, when they need it most πΎπ ... See MoreSee Less

Meet Roxy, a long-stay dog at Northumberland Dog Rescue πΎ
Sheβs full of energy, but her excitement can quickly become overwhelming β making it harder for her to settle and find the right home.
Our grant has helped the rescue create a dedicated training and meet-and-greet space, so dogs like Roxy can get the one-to-one support they need. From practising loose lead walking and recall to enrichment like sniffy games and simple agility, sheβs learning how to channel that energy β and her concentration has come on in leaps and bounds.
Sheβs even showing off her skills (including dribbling a ball around a cone πΆβ½) and has a natural talent for agility.
The space is also helping dogs meet potential adopters away from the kennels, in a calmer, less stressful environment β giving them the best chance to make a great first impression and form positive connections.
By supporting both their mental and physical needs, dogs are calmer, more confident and better prepared for life in a home π‘β¨

A huge shoutout to our very own Pets colleague, Bev, who took on the Snowdon Challenge this past weekend alongside her partner Tim and their four-legged teammate, Moose πΆ
Together, they reached the summit and raised an incredible Β£810 for the Pets Foundation π
From steep climbs to stunning views (and plenty of wagging tail energy), this challenge is no small feat, and weβre so grateful for your support.
π Well done, Bev, Tim & Moose β what an achievement!
