Spring is in full bloom! 🌷

As we all head out for brighter, longer walks with our dogs, it’s important to remember that some of the season’s most beautiful plants can be harmful to our four‑legged friends 🐶💛

Here are some common springtime plants and bulbs that are toxic to dogs:
🌼 Amaryllis
🌼 Bluebells
🌼 Buttercups
🌼 Crocuses
🌼 Cyclamen (root)
🌼 Daffodils / narcissus (bulbs)
🌼 Elderberry
🌼 Foxglove (leaves & seeds)
🌼 Hyacinth (bulbs)
🌼 Lupin (leaves & seeds)
🌼 Onion (can cause anaemia)
🌼 Rhododendron & azalea (whole plant)
🌼 Rhubarb (leaves)
🌼 Sweet pea (stem)
🌼 Tulips
🌼 Wild cherry tree (twigs & foliage)
🌼 Yew (berries & foliage)

If you think your dog has eaten any of these, please contact your vet straight away. Acting quickly can make all the difference.

Dearest gentle reader… 👑

A most delightful trend has swept through our team, and naturally, we had to try it for ourselves.

One name in particular has caused quite the stir in the office:
Lord Albus Cheeseton of Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever 🐾✨

Should you feel inspired to uncover your own pet’s esteemed Bridgerton title, we suspect the comments may soon become the talk of the Ton… 😉
